What say you, cousins?
The answers to yesterday’s words are:
Emunctory - Relates to the blowing of the nose. Emunction is the act of wiping the nose. Both come from Latin word Emunct, meaning "of keen or acute judgment." So, it is like a man of keen scent or a man with a wiped nose.
Inhebetate - Make something dull or blunt. This can be referred to an item, a story, a party, etc.
Thanks for giving it a go, Avery!
