- 4 medium potatoes
- crème fraîche ( a small pot)
- 1 coulommiers (or any cheese like it)
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper
- pie pastry
Preheat the oven 180°C
2Spread the pie pastry, jab it with a fork, spread the crème fraîche.
3Slice the cheese and put the slices on the pie. Slice the potatoes (thin) and put the slices over the cheese.
4Melt down the butter and pour it over all the pie. Salt and pepper (as you like) and put the pie in the oven, about 30 minutes.
