I have been eating healthy, running and walking and because we've moving the flat this weekend I worked out I walked 8 miles yesterday while carrying heavy backpacks and suitcases up a hill [soooo knackered] and am back at it today.
I also wish to announce that this is sleep week [i notice some of us are ill/have freezing temperature issues] so everyone [even previously unsubscribed gymnites] Can commit to getting more than 8 hours sleep every night this week. As an experiment I didnt set an alarm on Friday and I slept for 15 hours without walking up so clearly there is a deficit somewhere. Best of luck as always.
Edit: Ooo my honey-buns of delight, I've just come in from a hard days work of cleaning meanyflat to see all your wonderful reports of excellent and trying as much as you possibly can and you all done a super job. Unfortunately it being 22:30 I have to go to sleep now to be on time with my sleep schedule [yes I may have realized the snag in my sleep plan and the reason why I wasnt getting the correct allocation of hours before] but I love you all and will be around once my sleep is over and I've finished setting a good example. I expect all the gymnites on Greenwich Mean Time or over to be at least preparing for sleep now. Nigh nighty. zzzzzz
