Update

Sutures are out, dressing can come off tomorrow, splint is small and removable a few times a day to move fingers and hand. Pain is just a little ache now so just down to ibuprophen a couple times a day. Have a plate and four screws in the wrist and still a few pieces of bone to knit in, as 'I shattered the end of the radius. Placement looked good to me when I saw today's xrays so it's all going well. They are pleased with my progress post op, and I go back in two weeks. So far so good...
