Creamed Spinach a la Lawry's

Recipe from Lawry's restaurant.  This is one of my favorite recipes for a side dish.  I use skim milk and it works fine, but you need real bacon to get the best flavor.  ;-)

1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
2 slices bacon, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 T flour
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned pepper (I just use regular pepper.)
1 clove garlic minced (1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1 C milk

Cook spinach according to package instructions.  Drain well.  Fry bacon and onions together until onions are tender (about 10 minutes).  Remove from heat.  Add flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic.  Blend thoroughly.  Slowly add milk; return to heat and stir until thickened.  Add spinach and mix thoroughly.
