Hmm, I wonder

There currently are two cases in the US Supreme Court about the illegal seizure and search of cell phones. Both men were convicted on numerous counts, included drug trafficking, attempt murder and arm sales. Now both guilty verdicts are in jeopardy of being overturned, even though the men were obviously breaking the law.

Do you think that US law enforcement agents have to right to seize a person's phone and search the contents without a search warrant. When would it not be okay to your way of thinking?
