Anybody Got a Good Memory?

Does anyone know if Waverly ever wore a fez in any episode, MFU or GFU? I have a vague memory of that, but can't seem to find such a scene. Also, I'm positive there was a scene where Waverly outshot both Napoleon and Illya on the target range - any clue what episode that was from?
