4 peaches, washed, halved and pitted
¼ c. packed brown sugar
3 T. flour
2 T. slivered or whole blanched almonds, chopped
1 T. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup vanilla fat free frozen yogurt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the peach halves, cut side up, on a shallow baking dish.
With your fingers, combine the remaining ingredients, except for the frozen yogurt. Rub the mixture together until a crumbly mixture forms. Top the peaches halves even with the streusel mix, pressing lightly so it adheres. Back until the peaches are tender and the topping is browned, about 15 min.
Serve warm with frozen yogurt
