Daniel Fletcher glanced over at the young UPS delivery man as he lifted another box into the truck. “What’s on your mind, Robbins?” he asked.
Nicholas Robbins waved his hand at the nearly filled truck. “Are all these deliveries for this Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin?”
Fletcher chuckled. “This is nothing. My brother said it took two trucks just to deliver their mail.”
Robbins’ jaw dropped as he put the last box into the truck. “Two mail trucks and now this?! Who are these guys??”
Fletcher pulled down the lid and secured it. “Legends, my boy, legends. I’ve known them all my life and, trust me, I could tell you stories. But, let’s roll. People in the business they were in, and survived for fifty years, don’t like to be kept waiting.”
Robbins nodded. “Right, but you owe me, boss.”
“Today was my day off. I wanna hear those stories.”
Fletcher merely smiled and climbed into the cab.
