Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Malibu rum
3 tablespoons coconut cream
6 large ice cubes
Instructions
1.Place ingredients together in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into a chilled martini glass.
Notes
If you want a thicker consistency, use less ice and more coconut cream.
For a really fancy drink, coat the rim of the glass with finely shredded coconut!
