Do you think Napoleon and Illya lived in special UNCLE housing (i.e. places that had been either purchased or vetted by UNCLE) or did they live where they wanted?

Do you think that UNCLE 'took care' of their places when agents were off on assignment?

We know Napoleon's place was pretty classy, at least according to Vulcan Affair. Do you think that was the norm or the exception?
