Today is the 70th birthday of the bikini; the humble two piece swimsuit. I hadn't released that it was debuted in 1946. Had I been asked, I would have thought it was too early.
I have never worn a bikini,and I am very much the wrong body shape now. It would be a rare day to find me in any sort of swimming attire these days.
