Holy cow - NCIS rocked

Boy, did NCIS hit a homerun with their last episode or what? I really liked Jimmy before, but now... just *WOW* Why can't the writing always have this kind of heart? I won't go any further because I'm not sure if everyone who intends to watch it has seen it, but just freaking *WOW*
