An ideal gift?

I apologise for the subject matter in this post, but I need to ask a question. There is a product in the UK called V.I. Poo (I don't know if it is a worldwide thing), which claims to prevent the odour of your number 2 from invading the air. Apparently, it's just the thing you need when using a toilet which is not your own.

Anyway, I saw a commercial for it today which had a Christmas spin to it and it was suggested that V.I. Poo is the ideal Christmas gift. So, my question is, would you thank someone for buying you such a product? Or, would you think they were trying to tell you something?
