Here's a Different Story on the Event at Macy's. It's All New to Me, Perhaps to You Also.

"This is a five-page write-up from Screenland, July 1966 - about the Macy's event in New York on March 1966. There may be some poetic license with their reporting of David's comments, I presume they asked the lady from Macy's about it afterward.
