That look is really you

Did UNCLE have a dress code? Or was that just the way business people dressed back then? We all know that 'Illya' caused a ripple in the fashion world by going without a tie. He was single handed attributed the honor of guy ditching the tie in lieu of a polo shirt or turtleneck... And we know the women had a dress code - at least the non-agents did. Otherwise no one would wear that hideous yellow sweater thing(I'm wondering if one of UNCLE front companies got a surplus shipment)

What would their dress code be now? And what would the 'rogue' agents be wearing?
