This plot came to me in a dream about 4 years ago and I never got around to turning it into a story.

Illya is captured. Napoleon finds him tied up but only simply bound in loosely tied kite string, but Illya is afraid of someone cutting it off of him.  

I hope someone is up to the challenge.
