Countdown to Round Robin

Real life willing, our Round Robin will launch within the next twenty-four hours. A few final pre-launch notes:

In addition to posting your chapter to the collection on AO3, please post either the chapter text or a link to it on the Canteen for those who would prefer to see it here.

If you have any difficulty posting to the collection, let me know. This is the first time I’ve created a collection, so there’s a fairly good possibility that I’ve messed something up.

I’ve used the participants’ signup order as the chapter / posting order, as this seems to accommodate everyone who asked not to be assigned the introductory chapter or the wrap-up.

When you post your chapter, remember to include the “person, place and thing” the author needs to include in the next chapter.

Also, please keep in mind that our goal is an eight chapter story. That means, in general, authors of the early chapters should try not to wrap things up too soon, while authors of later chapters should try not to add so many new elements that it’s impossible to wrap up by the eighth chapter.

And a final note, while there isn’t a hard and fast time limit for each chapter, if yours is going to take much more than a week, please post a note to let the next author know approximately when to expect it.
